Menu consisted of Prime rib, stuffed chicken breast and shrimp linguini and salad bar. Blood from a leaking prime rib was found on the bottom of cooler and cleaned up and sanitized. Chicken was found on the counter and was put into the coolerdue to the fact it was going to be awhile before preparation took place. All violations were corrected except the floor that was in disrepair by the deep fryer. |
