No major construction debris observed. Per manager Shannon, all food items which could have been contaminated by debris have been voluntarily discarded. Dining area and salad bar/waitress station is clean. No food prep shall occur anywhere in kitchen until the entire kitchen has been cleaned and sanitized. Per Shannon, painting of ceiling repair will take place during normal closed times. Painting shall not occur during active food prep. Todd is currently removing all ice from unplugged ice machine. OK to re-open on 10/6/2018.
