No contamination noted at this time, reviewed proper storage of foods. 4A- At the time of inspection, cleaning chemicals were found stored on top of the ice machine. No contamination noted, proper storage reviewed. 5B- At the time of inspection, red sauce found to be 63 degrees on calibrated thermometer; sauce was made the night before and not cooled properly (> than 12 hours). Sauce was disposed of by the owner. 8B- At the time of inspection, inspector found ice scoop stored in the ice machine with the handle in the ice. 10B- At the time of inspection, newspaper found as shelf liners for pans. 11B- Wiping cloths found in sanitizer at > 200 ppm chlorine. |
