In observing the daily temperature log, it was noted that the nuggets were cooked to a temp of 176dF at 10:15 am. Operator removed nugggets from steam table and placed in oven to reheat. Nuggests were reheated to 178dF and placed back in the steam table. CORRECTED. 6a. At 11:20, using calibrated food testing thermometer, Hawaiian pizza temped at 116dF. Operator removed pizza from steam table and reheated to 184dF. Corrected. 2e. Food testing thermometer not used to test potentially hazardous foods. 8c. Plastic silverware found to be stored with the handles facing both ways.

She placed potatoes in smaller pans and tried to heat back up to 165 dF. Temperature could not be achieved in time for first lunch period. Product was not served and placed in oven for reheating to 165 dF for later lunch period.
