Food included: 5 lb bag of monty-jack cheese, 3/4 gallon heavy mayo, 1/2 gallon honey mustard dressing, 1 gallon heavy mayo, 1/4 pan pizza sauce, 1/2 bin mozzarella cheese, 2 1/2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 gallon olives were all voluntarily discarded by cook. All food had been in cooler over night. 10B - Wood shelves in walkin cooler were bare wood/wearing to bare wood and not smooth and easily cleanable. REPEAT 15B - fan grates in walkin cooler have dust buildup. REPEAT
