On November 20, I spoke with Manager Kristin Melio and learned a new faucet/parts were already ordered, and the sensor was cleaned by staff when they were notified of the problem. I went to the faucet this day and it was operating with motion from my hand, photograph taken showing faucet flowing. Parts not yet installed. If problems persist with the water or soap sensors, a sign could be posted to keep trying to move hands to activate the unit. Ground beef temperatures were 185 degrees for quarter pounders observed cook time was 73 seconds today for thawed meat. hot holding temperatures were adequate at 142 degrees for beef patties that had already been cooked. Hose bib vacuum breaker is on the hydrant at the refuse dumpster area, corrected from previous inspection. |

Discussed a hose bib vacuum breaker with Dan and Beth Wood wiil send some examples of unit to install. Kathy Gregory, Shift Manager, was not surprised that I was here about the soap complaint. We went to the women's restroom and there was soap in the dispenser. It is viscous but did come out and appeared t to be an adequuate amount. Photographed the soap coming out. Temperature of beef patty immediately off grill, was 171 degrees with a metal stem thermometer as battery in thermocouple did not have adequatw energy to operate. 158 minimum was met. send copy of reporty to Mrs. Wood at 702 Main St. |
