The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): Walk-In Cooler - Cooked Prime Rib - Piece #1 - 34.6 and Piece #2 - 34.5, Swedish Meatballs - 34.9; Eight Door Low Boy - Sliced Turkey Breast - 38.4; Upper Compartment Bain Marie - Sliced Tomatoes - 35.6. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in September 2015.

Strongly encouraged the operator to check the final temperature to make sure that the temperature is at least 170 degrees F. The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): Fish Chowder Soup - 166.4, French Onion Soup - 166.3; Bain Marie Upper Compartment - Sliced Tomatoes - 37.8, Bottom Compartment - 37.2; Low Boy - Pastrami Slices - 44.5; Walk-In Cooler - Pork Roast - 34.1, Corn/Bean Mixture - 34.5. Discussed the Motel Unit with one of the operators and found that 12 to 13 people are booked to stay in this facility this weekend. Report e-mailed.
