Comments: 3b- operator observed eating and returning to work handling food without washing his hands, wife observed eating dinner then returning to work and washing her hands without using soap. Noted handwash staion not maintained,used for temp storage and liquid trash disposal. see viol. 12e. 5b- Leaving small volume of recently cooked breaded chicken out on the counter at room temperature for easy access for extended time periods with no effort made to maintain temperature.Found at 4:00pm at 85*f. Product was produced sometime after lunch today. 8a-Items exposed in freezer and cooler. 8b-Knives improperly stored where they are exposed to contaimination. 8c-Food containers undereath work table encrusted with food debris over one week old. 8e-Probe thermometer over 20*f off. corrected 10b-Gaskets on freezers are in very poor condition.Food items covered in frost. 11b- Wiping cloths left out on counters in a very soiled contdition 11c- Staff do not wash rinse and sanitize dishware. Signs on walls in english and chinese. 11d- Stovetop encrusted with food debris. 12e- Handwash station in the kitchen and employee toilet room not maintained. No soap or papertowels. Operator's wife stated we just ran out and have to go to wal-mart to get more. Interior of sinks have dried on food debris and the kitchen sink was being used for temp food storage. 15a- Floors arwe littered with food and equipment debris that has dried in place 15c- facility is overflowing with old newspapers and personal items that are not related to the Food business.
