Basement also smelled like cigarette smoke, but that may just be wafting in the open holes located near where staff tend to stand outside and smoke. Basement is not a convenient location. Discussed with staff who said they step outside that side door to smoke and do not smoke in the facility. Cigarettes were located on the shelf by that door, but no other evidence was present in the facility. A large bucket of butts was located around the back of the building where staff indicated they go to smoke. |
