This was corrected by disposing of the tomatoes. Thermometer in Commander cooler was not accurate and reads 48F when inspectors thermometer reads 40F. This was corrected by placing a new thermometer inside the cooler. Light in storage area is not shielded. Inspection was conducted in conjunction with a complaint inspection. |
