All food exposed was discarded along with cups that were displayed uip front. Company that services hood system came an checked out hood setup. they recharged and cleared out system. Company put on a service sticker that is due for service next year. System good to use. Facility was properly cleaned up, there was not ant debris or damage present. Owner stated he is going to replace exhaust filter that is stained from smoke damage. Permission granted to operate.
