Comments: A flat of eggs was sitting out on the counter. They were not being used in any food proparation at the time. Eggs were placed back into the cooler. Single service containers were stored incorrectly in prep area. Floor tile were missing and covered with some material (operator said it was cement), that was not easily cleanable.Surface was rough and tacky. Food debris was stuck to it. Dishes are hand washed but were not being washed correctly. There was no sanitize step after the rinse. Person washing dishes corrected his procedure filling the third sink with a bleach/water solution to sanitize the dishes.
