Operator chose not to reheat due to product quality being compromised. Oatmeal was 147F and hard boiled eggs were 38F.

This was corrected by taking the items that were stored in the sink out of it. The thermometer was missing in the freezer. this was corrected by placing a new one into the freezer. Discussed ill food worker policy.
