Comments: Ceiling tiles at hotline buffet lines were cleaned and re-painted. Ceiling is to be maintained cleaned. Hot Buffet tables are actively Maintaining heat. Lines are cleaned and most of the ellements had the build up removed. Discussion with owner, any additional food items not found during this visit that are visibly spoiled are to be discarded. Facility will reopen for lunch service Friday, November 2, 2018. Local code enforcement sign off given to reopen establishment. Codes unsafe building placard was removed.

Comments: During visit discussion and information about Time as a Public Health Control was given. Ownership is to formally request this wavier and must receive NYS DOH- Oneonta District Office approval prior to any implementation of this control. Additionally re-inspection of walk in refridgerator conducted. A significant cleaning has been done to the inside units walls, ceiling and floor. With shelving in unit cleaned to satisfactory conditions.
