Comments: The purpose of this re-inspection was to address issues noted on the April 20, 2016 Field Visit and April 6, 2016 Inspection Report. The operator has attempted to address all issues that have been previously noted on the reports. During the course of the re-inspection area's of concern were discussed include but not limited too, the fryer area, reaching refrigeration units, floor, ceiling, and storage bins. The operator has been directed to complete cleaning on the fryer area in area's where grease has built up.
