ANY NEW WATER HEATER MUST BE OF COMMERCIAL DESIGN. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO MEET REQUIREMENTS AND OR FORMAL LEGAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN.
