I was told by the Mgr. that due to a personal issue of the installer, instillation has not taken place. Manager stated that the unit should be installed this coming Monday 7/23/18. A 10 day extension from today has been granted for the installation to take place.

Please note, it is strongly recommended that a NCDOH plan review officer be contacted to determine the minimum specifications (size/recovery rate) required to be in compliance. ANY NEW WATER HEATER MUST BE OF COMMERCIAL DESIGN. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO MEET REQUIREMENTS AND OR FORMAL LEGAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN.
