Intensity meter for the UV water system disinfection is observed to be at 69.5%. UV intensity has been consistently below 70 % since January 2017. The minimum intensity is to be 70 % at all times. Owner contacted last week regarding insufficient intensity and other violations cited in pervious inspection on January 12, 17 would be corrected by March 17 2017. Facility has been placed on a boil water order until the UV intensity can be maintained at 70% or greater at all times. Water must be tested before boil water order can be removed. |
