Comments: Ye Olde Pizza Pub, inspection conducted Tuesday post-lunch rush. Potato wedges and breaded chicken wings observed in hot holding warming unit at adequate temps, 140F and 150F. Cold holding salad prep unit items observed at adequate temps; 40-45F. Salad bar items observed at proper temps. Thermometers are installed throughout. Non-shattering plastic light bulbs are utilized throughout all fluorescent light fixtures. Stem and digital thermometers verified for accurracy. Hair restraints and hand barriers are worn. Adequate handwashing observed. The dishwasher technician has been notified. Discussed with kitchen staff, the future closure and re-location of the restaurant to Sherrill is anticipated to happen in 1-3 weeks, hopefully.

Notice of intent received at time of inspection and as a result of the previous addition of ice cream equipment and ice machine.
