Floor is porours, not smooth and easily cleanable. Floor in walk-in cooler is bare concrete. Repeat. 15A-- Surfaces in basement food storage areas (walls & ceiling) are bare concrete and wood , not smooth and easily cleanable. 15B--Lights in basement food storage areas are not shielded.

Immediately removed and hung on hook by waitress. 2E: 2 Food testing thermometers read 22oF while in ice water. Reviewed calibration procedures. One thermometer was okay from the beginning and one was calibrated during inspection. One remains to be recalibrated. 4A: 2 spray bottles of air freshener were stored in the rack with pour spout bottles of liquor. Head cook, John Harmon, moved them immediately. 4B: One small can of grapefruit juice was found open in bar area on lower counter. It was determined to be there since the preceding Friday as per waitress. It was immediately and voluntarily discarded by waitress. 5A: The Migali cooler in kitchen temped at 54oF with Inspector's thermometer. The establishment's thermometer agreed. Some PHF's were determined to be out of temp for less than 2 hours and allowed to be moved to one of the working coolers. Repairman to be called. 11C: Countertop cutting boards show several deep cuts. Not smooth and easily cleanable. 15A: Floors in kitchen in disrepair. This is an repeat violation. Also the kitchen door frame is in disrepair, chipped and broken. Floor in outdoor walk-in cooler is concrete. Not smooth and easily cleanable.
