Comments: 5A Chicken strips on cooling rack in center of walk-in cooler were 50 dF at 3:10 PM. Temp was taken with inspector's digital thermometer. Chicken was in cooler all day according to the manager. Corrected, strips (approx 10) were voluntarily discarded 5E External thermometer of walk-in cooler was 56 dF. Ambient air temp inside at 3:00 PM was 52 dF using inspector's calibrated thermometer. Chicken along the rear wall was 45 dF. All products will be kept along the rear wall until unit is repaired 12D Porcelain base of toilet in women's room is broken.

Manager reheated chicken to 165dF and corrected 7e + 2e- at time of inspection mashed potatoes that were just made by employee witnessed by this inspector and put in hot hold unit and not temped by employee were found to be actually128dF. mashed potaotes were heated to 140dF as part of the continuing of the initial cook and corrected. 12c- ice machine is leaking water. corrected 15a- mop boards missing on outside wall in dry storage area and tiles missing from wall by drive thru. corrected 15a- floors under equipment have food debris corrected
