Comments: Refer to C16-06-051. Allegation: A worker was overheard saying a mouse was in a soda box. Findings: Worker did state one mouse was seen in beverage storage closet in the game room. None were seen in the kitchen. No evidence of rodents observed by inspector. Open bay doors leading to the game room from outside are possible entry ways for rodents. Openings were observed on bottom of closet wall and bottom of door from game room to restaurant that were large enough to allow a mouse to enter; wall will be fixed. Allegation: Worker used a dry rag to wipe tables, then wiped face and put rag on coffee pot. Findings: At time of inspection wipe rags were being stored in sanitizing solution. Both food workers were interviewed by the inspector. They stated that only wet rags with sanitizer are used to clean the tables. Dry rags are not used in the restaurant. Both workers denied this alleged scenario ever happened. Ill worker policy discussed.
