Comments: Inspection was due to a complaint of a large plastic screw found in a whopper. During the inspection it was found the source of the screw came from the bottom of a seasoning shaker. Staff has been educated on the situation. Manager has tightened all screws on all seasoning shakers. Frequent glove use and hand washing was observed. All holding temperatures were acceptable. Kitchen was clean and well organized. | ||
