Comments: Comments only: 1. Current owner/operator was not present during inspection. Employee, Brian Maniscalco, informed me that he will be taking over ownership of the establishment soon. Reminded Brian that he needs to get his own Permit to Operate from the Glens Falls Health Dept. 2. At the start of the inspection, there were no food handling gloves present in the establishment. No bare hand contact of ready to eat food was witnessed. Employee went to store and returned with a box of food handling gloves prior to the end of the inspection. Provided education. 3. In discussion with Brian, the following changes are planned to the establishment: New 3 door cooler to replace current two door pizza cooler, new tile floor, new ventilation hood, and cosmetic changes. 4. There is no designated mop sink at facility to dispose dirty mop water. Currently dirty mop water is being dumped into the toilet. There is only one sink present in kitchen and it is a three bay sink. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 1/14/15.
