Food temperatures in flip top cooler are in acceptable ranges. Please contact this office as soon as corrections are done. Call 518-793-3893 and ask for your assigned inspector. Discussed the use of a barrier between staff bare hands and ready to eat foods. Also discussed cross contamination when handled raw shell eggs. Education provided.
