The walls are renovated with material that makes it smooth and easily cleanable. The ceiling renovation is close to completion with all mold and mildew removed. The ceiling's foil exterior needs to be covered with a material that is smooth and easily cleanable. A shelf needs to be built to elevate all food/drink items stored in this walk-in at least 6 inches off the ground. Please send pictures to DOH office when renovation is complete. Interview with operator indicated that estimated time of completion is approximately two weeks. All food temps, as taken with DOH Thermepen were in the acceptable range. |
