Comments: Prep area of the Basment has been cleaned and it is no longer flooded. the walkin is not working and has not been properly cleaned to use for food service. all refrigeration units that are in use are holding temperature. 45 and below. hot holding units are greater than 140. Dish washing room as well as the large walkin cooler in the basement is in need of cleaning and sterilizing before it can be used. walkin must also be repaired in order to keep proper temperature. flood water has gone down facility is now operating out of the basement.
