Comments: Both refrigerated units are running at 45F or below. All food within units ranged from 43-45F. Operator defrosted sandwich unit last night. Repair man is scheduled to come Friday 1/31. Directed operator to take temperatures of liquid products within each unit, with probe thermometer, and record temperatures every hour and record. If temperatures are above 45F the operator was directed to place all TCS from the unit and place within refrigerator in back room that is maintaining a temperature of 38F.
