Sliced tomatoes in sandwich top of make unit had a temperature of 41F. Sliced American cheese in top of sandwich make unit had a temperature of 41F. Observed owner thawing meatballs in microwave, for immediate reheat during inspection. Observed quaternary ammonia sanitizing tablets and test strips located at bar. Observed following violations corrected from previous inspection: 10B- sealed plywood shelves in cold holding unit at bar, door gaskets of glass front cooler repaired, and condensate line of ice machine extends to indirect drain in basement. 15A- wall in women's bathroom has been re-painted, dry wall behind dish machine repaired. 15B- shielded functional light in walk-in cooler. |
