Comments: Observed accurate probe thermometer. Discussed with owner cooking chicken that was being cut for a soup is to be heated to an internal temperature of 165F. Raw chicken in plastic dish on bottom shelf in glass door cooler had a temperature of 41F. Steaks wrapped in plastic in plastic dish on bottom shelf of cooler had a temperature or 41F. Sliced tomatoes in sandwich top of make unit had a temperature of 41F. Sliced American cheese in top of sandwich make unit had a temperature of 41F. Observed owner thawing meatballs in microwave, for immediate reheat during inspection. Observed quaternary ammonia sanitizing tablets and test strips located at bar. Observed following violations corrected from previous inspection: 10B- sealed plywood shelves in cold holding unit at bar, door gaskets of glass front cooler repaired, and condensate line of ice machine extends to indirect drain in basement. 15A- wall in women's bathroom has been re-painted, dry wall behind dish machine repaired. 15B- shielded functional light in walk-in cooler.

Per receipt from pest control operator, who evaluated facility 3/26, no insect or rodent activity observed.
