This location is used for k-3 lunch and 4-6 for breakfast. Note the food is transported from the kitchen to the service line distance of about two hundred yards so food is only covered on cart. It was mentioned that when hot foods are brought over they should be the first items to be stored then the the cold items and then the items that are not temperature sensitive. | ||
