He must also submit specifications of any new equipment that will be installed, as well as a sketch of the new floor plan. PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL A PRE-OPERATIONAL INSPECTION IS PERFORMED. At pre-operational inspection, it must be determined by NYSDOH that ALL outstanding and reoccurring violations have been satisfactorily corrected. |
