Comments: Facility has replaced the salad prep-cooler with a new cooler - cut cucumbers 42F. Meat slicer has been cleaned and a screen door has been installed on the back door. Single door Coke cooler is still not closing properly leaving a approximately 1/8" gap between the door and jamb when it is closed. Filters hoods are still missing from the hoods. Other cooler qaskets are still pending repair.

Comments: The following items have been corrected since the last inspection: water dripping down from the ceiling in the kitchen, utensils stored between the wall have been relocated and rodent droppings have been cleaned up. All other items are still pending. Prep-cooler was reportedly working the morning of the inspection and failed. Staff relocated the food. Salad prep-cooler is not to be used for hazardous food storage until the unit is able to maintain temperature of hazardous below 45F at all times.
