Comments: All deficiencies must be corrected. The Fire Suppression on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in October 2017 and the Mechanical Dish Washer has a chlorine residual of 50 ppm in the Final Rinse. The Two Door Continental Reach-In Cooler had food items that were measured to be between 35 to 41 degrees F. The Sandwich/Salad Cooler had Sliced Cheeses and Lunch Meat that were measured to be between 41 to 43 degrees F. The Village Pizza Display Cooler had Chicken slices and sliced meatballs that were measured to be between 43 to 44 degrees F. Discussed the complaint with Angelo, the owner, and he was unaware of this. During the time that the inspector was present at this facility, there was no evidence that any of the employees were handling garbage and then handling food without washing their hands. Workers used gloves when handling food and no employee was observed smoking at any time during the inspection. Report needs to be mailed.
