Comments: 1) Inspector observed a large quantity of food - roasts, prime rib, vegetables, fish - stored in the upstairs walk-in beer cooler. Food items were moved over from The Club when it closed/ power was turned off. Products were received onsite in frozen state. Temperature in the beer cooler reading at 45 degrees F. 2) Operator must address pigeon issue and failure of the ceiling, cleanup of the contaminated areas immediately and follow-up with the Canton DO with progress.
