Comments: No violations observed at time of reinspection. The cone toppings serving handles are not touching the toppings. Grill utensils are clean. Cut potatoes are properly stored and in food grade container. Bacon that was recently cooked and put in deli style cooler was 46 degreesF. Raw burger meat 44 degreesF and sliced Swiss cheese 46 degreesF in deli style cooler. Sanitation buckets were present and had acceptable chlorine residual. Education was provided about cold holding foods. Discussed storing food in another refrigerator instead of the deli style to ensure adequate cold holding temperatures. | ||
