Discussed that facility does not prepare food. Observed a crock pot on the counter at front of establishment. Interview with operator indicated that this food was for the employees' lunch. CCHD to discuss with owner that facility only serves pre-packaged snacks and no other food. If this is the case, facility will be changed to low-risk. TTOC for above violations is 2 weeks (1/29/15).

Discussed with operator hand-washing and avoiding barehand contact with drink garnishes. TTOC for cleaning ice machine surfaces and obtaining sanitizer test strips is 1 week (3/13/14).
