| Comments: Inspection completed by Amanda Finckel and Dan Rugar. No violations found. No food is being prepared today due to the holiday week. Interviewed the operator on her thawing, cooling and heating processes, mixing and testing of sanitizer and discussed her dish washer sanitation methods. Her thermometers were tested in an ice bath and were at 29 degrees, she calibrated them while we were here. Kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and neat. | ||
