No persons present were seen smoking, no evidence of smoking (ashtrays etc). Gave Food Workers Sick Policy and discussed. Gave Basic Food Safety Class schedule. Facility is member's only. High temp dish machine in kitchen reportedly functions. All coolers <45F. Gloves available. Food testing thermometer available. Bleach available for sanitizer-50ppm for dishes, 100ppm for wiping surfaces. Steramine tablets used at bar-per manufacturer's direction. Restrooms ok.

Corrected 8E Could not find a food testing thermometer. No cooking was going on at this time. Discussed the need for a thermometer (0dF - 220dF) when cooking 10B Shelves in dry storage area are bare plywood (not easily cleanable) 12E Paper towels are missing from dispenser above handwash sink in kitchen
