Cook moved raw products and corrected 15b- light is out in kitchen aid cooler at front counter corrected 10b- woods stand up walk in freezer has heavy ice build up. corrected 12e- paper towel dispenser does not work in back room corrected 5b- at time of inspection, this inspector walked into dry storage and found 2 large kettles with 25#s each of cooked potatoes about 12 inches deep. Cook stated he cooked about 1.5hrs ago and put in dry storage because it is cooler in there. Allowed to put in shallow pans and put in cooler and corrected- reviewed proper cooling procedures.
