Operator states they use raw shell eggs when making meatloaf. Please ensure when raw shell eggs are in the facility, they are never stored over ready-to-eat foods—recommend storing on the bottom shelf of the walk-in refrigerator. 3. One milk cooler was out of service at time of inspection. Operator states it is being replaced with a new one. 4. Kitchen renovation in Hadley-Luzerne Elementary School has been delayed and may not commence until 2019 or after. Operator must submit a Notice of Intent detailing intended renovations to Glens Falls District Office for approval prior to construction.
