Comments: Comment only: Front service area desert cooler has an inside ambient air temperature of 46 degrees F according to thermometer on outside of cooler. Foods inside measured 47 degrees F. As precaution, Andrew moved all food items that requires refrigeration to a properly functioning cooler. Do not use this cooler to store foods that require refrigeration until it has been serviced and can cold hold food at or below 45 degrees F at all times. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 7/21/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 7/21/15.
