Recommended obtaining a reasonable digital or thermocouple thermometer such as a Thermowand for better accuracy and efficiency of measuring the temperatures of cooking raw chicken wings, hot held food such as soup & chili, and cold held foods in the coolers. A re-inspection will be conducted. The inspection was discussed over the phone with the owner. |
