Comments: Thermometers were calibrated on site and found to be accurate. The digital thermometer was located next door. It is recommended that you have a digital thermometer in the restaurant. Three bay dishwashing was discussed. An employee sick foodworker policy was discussed. All cold and hot holding temperatures were found to be acceptable. The menu was reviewed at the time of inspection. Mobile food cart operation was discussed. You must provide specifications and information on the mobile unit for approval prior to purchase. An application with additional materials will be provided.
