Facility has hand sanitizer available, which children and staff use before lunch. Recommend a temporary hand-wash station with soap and paper towels. Discussed with operator use of gloves when assisting children with their lunches. Discussed with operator what to do if food is above 45 dF when it is delivered; staff has been instructed to call and new lunches will be delivered if this every happens. Facility covers tables with plastic every day prior to serving lunch. | ||
