Item 11D: Non food contact surfaces of equipment not clean Comments: On 9/25/2017 an anonymous complaint was filed with the Monroe County Health Department, the complaint stated as follows: "On 9/25/2017 at 3pm caller was at establishment and took pot roast and mac and cheese from buffet and say they were both cold. Fears none of the food was at correct temps at this time of day and afraid of people getting sick." On September 28, 2017 I conducted an investigation and made the following observations: Temperatures of all potential hazordous hot held foods were greater then 140 degrees F, including the pot roast and the mac and cheese. Temperatures of all potential hazordous cold held foods were less than 45 degrees F. One violation was observed as the back wall and side wall of the griddle were covered in food debris and grease. At this time this complaint is closed. |
