Comments: Update inspection for PHP-7839-19-MK-KAA2-FSE. According to Eunbi Lee, plumbing work was concluded on 2/5/19. Town of Greenburgh completed inspection on same day, facility passed plumbing inspection. Permit date 2/5/19 and expires 2/5/20. Entire front,side and rear floor at the exterior and food and non food contact surfaces in the interior disinfected on 2/5/19. Food products stored on floor discarded. Tour of two sheds at rear end of facility revealed no food products stored inside units. One had personal items and the other has paper goods, aluminium steam trays, sterno holders, single service utensils. Entire rear,side and front of exterior areas and food and non food contact surfaces in the interior area was again disinfected on 2/7/19 states Eunbi Lee. Food temperatures in refrigeration units acceptable. Hand gloves provided at this time. FACILITY CAN NOW RE-OPEN TO PATRONS . Attendance of 2/21/19 Administrative Hearing is MANDATORY.Failure to attend will result in SHUTDOWN OF FACILITY
