Thermometers observed in all refrigerators. Low temp sanitizng dishwasher operating as per manufacturer's specs, sanitizer detected. All lights observed to be adequately shielded. Food service supplies have been relocated, no longer stored under waste lines in the baement.

Low temperature mechanical dishwasher operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions; wash temperature observed at 130 degrees fahrenheit and chemical sanitizer detected. Discussed requirement to obtain chemical test strips for low temperature mechanical dishwasher. Single service paper goods have been relocated in dry storage area. Light bulb in downstairs dry storage room has been adequately shielded.
