Jesse said that food is never reserved to customers. All food that is taken from used customer plates is discarded. Soap is present in restrooms and kitchen employee handwash sink. Food handling gloves are present at the establishment. Bleach is present at facility and is used to clean restrooms. No maggots or flies present in restrooms. Moldy cabbage was found in walk in cooler. No bus bins found stored directly on kitchen floor. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 6/30/15.
