Quat sanitizer was poured, full strength, out of the original bottle (not diluted). Remade quat sanitizer to 200 ppm and reviewed proper protocol for making the solution and how to check it. Corrected. 8C--Plastic cutlery for student's use are found stored with the handles in both directions, which does not allow the children to grab a utensil without touching the food contact part of the other utensils. Repeat/Corrected.

Corrected, mgr voluntarily discarded. 2E School's thermometers were calibrated due to the fact one was reading 40 dF in 32 dF water and the other was reading 50 dF in 32 dF water. Corrected 6A Hamburgers on line in steam unit were 125 dF @ 10:40 AM. Cook said they were cooked to 174 dF at 10:00 AM. The hamburgers were bunned and placed on line at 10:30 AM. All burgers on line will be served within the next half hour.
